XI Suspension Lamp

The Xi suspension lamps by Neri & Hu blend Venetian blown glass and leather to create a poetic light source inspired by the soft glow of dawn.

Designed by Neri & Hu for Poltrona Frau, the Xi suspension lamps evoke the soft light of dawn, combining Venetian blown glass with high-quality saddle leather. The lighting body consists of two blown glass elements: a transparent outer layer with a ridged surface (available in amber, emerald, sapphire, or moonstone) and an inner white glass with a pearl finish for warm light diffusion. Each piece is unique, handcrafted by master glassmakers in Venice, where minor variations in color and small air bubbles highlight the authentic artisanal process. The lamps are suspended from a horizontal adjustable-height bar that allows for flexible positioning and multiple compositions.
